Diani has highly developed infrastructure. Despite its small size there are three large shopping malls where you have the convenience of shopping at major supermarkets - in addition to locally owned Shree Grocers, Chandarana and Muthaiga Mini Mart have branches in town. Banks include CBA, Fidelity, Barclays and DTB.

Activities in Diani include most watersports: kite surfing, jet ski safaris, deep sea fishing and swimming with dolphins at the Kisite Marine Reserve. There is a variety of excellent restaurants along the Beach Road, including Ali Barbour's cave, Sails at Almanara, Zanzibar and Spice Route at Swahili Beach and Sands at Nomad amongst others.

Access to Diani is easy via Ukunda Airport or by road via either Kwale or Mombasa. The Dongo-Kundu bypass, due for completion in 2018, will make it even easier to access Mombasa, making Helios a great investment or the perfect base for your commute to Mombasa town. The upgrading of Mombasa Road to dual carriageway will make it even easier to access Diani from Nairobi, while the planned construction of a bridge over the Likoni channel will make it easy to commute to Mombasa.

It is the perfect place to forget about the stress, traffic and pollution of Nairobi and Mombasa.
